For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. 

   
Dental Insurance

We are a premiere member of Delta Dental.  We will also bill most other insurances as a courtesy to our patients.  We are not a part of the AHCCCS plans. Any amount not covered by dental insurance is the responsibility of the patient. Please contact our office for insurance details. We look forward to hearing from you.
